The Experience
Take upon this breathtaking horse racing experience set in the heart of the dramatic, timeless, unspoilt scenery which is in the Wicklow mountains. The Maguire farm runs along the Kings River on the lower side while on the higher side, rust coloured bogs and granite stone wall framed fields, make this a landscape of extraordinary beauty.
Experienced or novice riders alike can enjoy riding out over this hidden landscape which follows St. Kevin’s way, the ancient pilgrim walk which leads to Glendalough, guided along by local instructors with extensive knowledge of the history and nature of the area. This is a great way to see the spectacular scenery of Wicklow.
There is the opportunity to ride in the sandy bottomed rivers or go for a gallop along forest treks as well as the hill routes, so something for everyone.
Vital Information
Only those aged 8 and over will be able to take part on this experience.
The Weather
Ypour experience may be cancelled in extreme weather conditions (e.g. ice or heavy rain) which would make riding dangerous. If this is the case, your experience can be rebooked. If in doubt, please call the venue before departing. However, we will head out in most weather.

Spectators are not allowed.
What To Wear
Wear trousers, a long-sleeved shirt and flat-soled shoes for your experience. Any special equipment will be provided to you are advised to dress for the weather on the day.
Availabilty
The experience is available on selected weekends and weekdays throughout the year. Upon booking, you will be asked to provide three preferred dates.
