The Experience
You will arrive at the meeting point and join your guide for a delicious journey through London’s vibrant food scene, exploring the diverse flavours of the Indian subcontinent, including India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh.
You will stroll down the iconic Brick Lane, known for its buzzing atmosphere, lively bars, and eye-catching street art, while your guide introduces you to its rich food culture.
You will enjoy a selection of mouth-watering curries, from hot and tangy to traditional classics, all served with fluffy naan bread. Pair your meal with a cold Indian beer, or opt for a soft drink or wine if you prefer.
You will visit an authentic Indian savoury shop, where you’ll taste crispy pakoras and soft dhoklas. Then you will stop by a traditional sweet shop to indulge in delicious sweets like gulaab jamuns and ras malai, while learning about the variety of Indian desserts.
After, your group will head to an Indian supermarket, where you’ll have the chance to browse and buy spices, poppadoms, and fiery snacks to take home. You will also watch a traditional paan being prepared, and enjoy sampling this unique after-dinner treat!
Finally, your tour will end at a Punjabi restaurant, where you’ll savour Tandoori favourites like sizzling chicken tikka and tender lamb chops. To add to the excitement, there will be a secret dish revealed only on the day of the tour!
