While the standard route includes all the key highlights, on very rare occasions, adjustments may be necessary to accommodate other considerations. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

Vital Information
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your tour.
Tour dates are transferable (subject to availability and fixtures) but not refundable. In the event a match is scheduled at Craven Cottage, tours may be cancelled and rearranged whereby we will endeavour to offer a convenient date.
As a working stadium, some areas of the ground may not be available for a given tour dependent upon other events at Villa Park or maintenance work.
If you require wheelchair access or any other assistance, please inform us in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements. Please note however that large parts of the ground were built in 1905 with plenty of steps and access to a lift is not possible.

Anyone wishing to join you on this tour should purchase a voucher. Spectators are not allowed.

You should wear comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear.
Availability
Tours run daily several times a week except on home match days. Tours might be restricted on the days surrounding home games. Stadium tours do not take place on Christmas Day or New Year’s Day. We do highly recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.
