Written by lifelong LFC fans and writers, Dave Kirby and Nicky Allt, with narration by actor David Morrissey, the tour’s content is rich and engaging. Your handset will provide you with exclusive footage, interviews, and other content, allowing you to explore Liverpool FC's magical story at your own pace.
Your ticket includes entry to the Club’s interactive museum, The Liverpool FC Story, home to a collection of silverware and the Steven Gerrard Collection exhibition. The museum also features a vibrant exhibition celebrating the achievements of the 19/20 season squad, showcasing memorabilia, personalities, and world-class footballing talent.
This experience is perfect for everyone, whether you’re a football fan or not. Pre-booking is required for all visits to ensure everyone can enjoy their time with the trophy safely. Please note, there will be time limitations for photo opportunities with the trophy, and we kindly ask visitors not to touch the trophy to keep it safe for everyone.

Vital Information
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your tour.
Tours are available daily except for match days, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
First entry into the stadium is 10:00am. Last entry into the stadium is at 3:00pm.
The stadium will close at 4:00pm and museum will close at 5:00pm.

Please note:
Dressing rooms cannot be visited the day before a home match.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Audio guides are available in English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Norwegian, Mandarin, Thai, Japanese, Indonesian and Arabic.
All tours are subject to cancellation at short notice (on rare occasions less than 24 hrs notice). Under these circumstances Liverpool Football Club will try to offer alternative dates or if this is not feasible, a refund. You must present your ticket at reception. Once booked, the reservation is non-refundable.
The Weather
The tour should not be affected by the weather as most of it is under cover.
Session Length
The average stadium tour visit lasts approximately one hour although there is no time limit. The average museum visits lasts approximately thirty minutes. Please note once guests have exited the Stadium or Museum there is no re-entry.
Numbers
Your Liverpool Stadium Tour voucher is valid for one person.
Spectators
Anyone wishing to join you on this tour should purchase a voucher. Spectators are not allowed.
What To Wear
You should wear comfortable clothing and footwear.
Availability
Stadium tours are open 7 days a week except for Christmas Day. Due to stadium events, there are days when the tour route may be impacted or tours may not operate. Please always check opening hours before visiting for a tour.
