Vital Information
Not available on Manchester City matchdays. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your tour.
Tour dates are transferable (subject to availability and fixtures) but not refundable. In the event a match is scheduled at the Etihad, tours may be cancelled and rearranged whereby we will endeavour to offer a convenient date.
As the Etihad stadium is a working stadium we cannot guarantee what you will see on any given day. Tour routes may have to be changed at short notice.
Before your tour you will have access to the dedicated tours café, serving hot and cold food and drink - so make sure you come early!
Visitors are not permitted to bring their own food and drink on Manchester City Stadium Tours.
Stadium Tours are not suitable for children under 5 years of age.

The Manchester City Stadium Tours are accessible, and we tailor experiences to meet a variety of requirements.

- A tactile experience for visually impaired guests, including a touch-tour of elements in the changing rooms, hospitality areas and the press conference room.
- Accessible toilets and a Changing Places facility.
Spectators
Anyone wishing to join you on this tour should purchase a voucher. Spectators are not allowed.

You should wear comfortable clothing and footwear.
Availability
Stadium Tours are open 7 days a week except for Christmas Day. Due to stadium events there are days where the tour route may be impacted or tours are unable to operate.
