The Experience
The Intermediate Rally Experience has the same format as the Rally Taster Plus Experience. Except from having 3 hours of maximum rally action, you will also be taken on a High Speed Demonstration run with a real Rally driver.
The Intermediate Rally Experience is for anybody who wants to maximise the fun with an additional lap with the awesome RWD Ford Focus or Mark II Escort RS2000. With the Intermediate Rally Experience you will have three stages of rallying.
Not only will you sit alone in the car with an instructor, but you will get hands-on experience and a writing analysis of your driving. At the end of experience you will receive a certificate of accomplishment, proving that you are a rally driver. Do not miss out on this unforgettable rally experience!
Itinerary
- Briefing on technical and safety aspects and rally car handling
- Three stages in the rear wheel drive rally cars, either the RWD Ford Focus or Mark II Escort RS2000
- Debriefing after your rally race
- PLUS a high speed demonstration run
- Written analysis on your driving
- Certificate of accomplishment
Vital Information
For the Intermediate Rally experience there is a minimum age of 17 years, a maximum weight of 18 stones and a maximum height of 6 ft. A full driving license is required to partake in this Intermediate Rally Experience. Previous experience of rallying is not required.
The Weather
Rally Driving may be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions, which would make driving at speed dangerous. Please call the centre if in any doubt.
Session Length
Your Intermediate Rally Driving Experience will last approximately 3 hours. This includes briefings, rally driving and certificate presentation.
Numbers
The itinerary mentioned above is valid for one participant only. Your experience might be shared with other participants, but in the car you will be drive alone with the instructor.
Spectators
Are more than welcomed to attend at the location; however we encourage spectators to purchase additional vouchers to partake in this rally experience to maximise the fun.
Dress Code
Wear thin, flat-soled shoes for your Rally Driving Experience as the pedals may be close together. A helmet will be provided, but if you have your own you are welcome to bring it along. Any other special clothing will be provided by the Rally Driving Centre.
Availability
The Intermediate Rally Experience is available during selected weekdays and weekends throughout the year. Please note that weekend dates are particularly busy and should be booked at least 4 weeks in advance.
